 Remote control one of the best January 9, 2009
Outstanding purchase. Very easy to set up, plus once you get there, the picture is beautiful. I am very new to this, not to mention a 66 year old female. Delivery was also outstanding. Only took 12 months to make up my mind. Typical.
Samsung HDTV 32" 450 January 9, 2009
I love it. I also can not say enough good things about Amazon's White Glove delivery. They called ahead and made an appointment and showed up at that time. They unloaded the TV and set it up. I only had to screw in the 7 mounting screws to the base.I am very pleased with the whole purchase, and the Samsung.

The TV is great - no arguments at all.
However, the service from Amazon sucked. First, the package had previously been opened and the unit assembled - I assume by a buyer. When I got it, they had put most of the packaging back like new, except things were wrinkled and not taped, and the package was missing - are you ready for this? - the screws that mount the TV to the base. Consequently, I couldn't use the TV.
I wrote Amazon about this - no reply in 2 days. So, I returned the unit.
I guess the economy is causing their customer service to lag - just a mite.
If you buy this - buy it somewhere else.
Great LCD TV January 7, 2009
This Samsung LCD TV is wonderful. The picture is crystal clear and the sound is quite good. It is a great TV at a reasonable price!
